Title: Pumpkin Sultana Cake

1/2lbMargarine
1 1/2cSugar
2 Eggs
  Essence, lemon
1tbGolden syrup
1cFlour, plain
1cFlour, self-raising
1 1/2cSultanas
1cPumpkin, cooked, mashed, and still warm.

Cream margarine and sugar, add eggs, essence, syrup, sifted flour, sultanas and pumpkin. Mix well.

Bake for about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours on 150^ to 180^ electric.
